Selling Procedure

Step 1

To collect booking fee for RM20k/unit for inter and RM40k/unit for corner.

Booking fee is not refundable and payable to developer.

Step 2

Email all purchasers IC, address and unit purchase to john_cbs@yahoo.com

Developer will prepare SPA based on purchaser IC with original SPA price.

Step 3

When SPA is ready, purchaser to issue cheque:-

1) 10% payable to developer(after minus out the booking fee)
